SOP's for Oklahoma Cannabis Producers
In 2018 Oklahoma legalized medical marijuana, the Governor Approved Emergency Rules for SQ 788 and signed them 8/6/18). The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) was established to oversee the medical marijuana program for the State of Oklahoma. It is responsible for licensing, regulating, and administering the program as authorized by state law. Our Oklahoma Cannabis Producer Standard Operating Procedures cover all the regulations necessary to run and operate a compliant cannabis producer license.
As of Oct. 1, 2018 7,133 patient, 59 caregiver and 1,752 business applications have been received. 8,944 applications. 5,111 patient, 36 caregiver, 469 dispensaries, 719 growers and 197 processors have been approved for licenses. 6,535 licenses approved.
