The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) was established to implement a Medical Marijuana Program allowing for the production, processing, sale, and dispensing of usable, and medical use marijuana. Since the effective date of the new state law, the NDDoH has been committed to implementing a well-regulated program that protects the health and safety of qualifying patients and the public.
