Who Oversees the Medical Marijuana Program?
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services oversees the medical marijuana laws enacted. The 2013 Therapeutic Cannabis Program has allowed for a total of four licensed dispensaries. Legislation signed into law in 2018 lifts this cap for specific counties. All licensed facilities in New Hampshire are required to report data to the department using the designated seed to sale tracking system.
