Who Oversees the MA Medical Marijuana Program?
The Department of Health Services Department of Cannabis Control Commission is tasked with overseeing the medical marijuana program in Massachusetts. In 2015, the Department opened up their application process for non-profit organizations that wish to apply for a Certificate of Registration to operate a Registered Marijuana Marijuana Dispensary (“RMD”) in Massachusetts.
