Who Oversees the Delaware MMJ Program
The Office of Medical Marijuana oversees the cannabis program. The mission of the Office of Medical Marijuana (OMM) is to protect Delaware patients through proactive monitoring and the enforcement of the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act as well as accompanying regulations. Each medical facility in Delaware must register with the department, file for licensing, and implement a seed to sale tracking system for state reporting. Rigorous inspection of the regulated vendors minimizes the risk to human health and environmental impact within the industry.
