The Medical Cannabis Program (MCP) was created under the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act effective 2007. The state’s Medical Cannabis Program dictates License requirements for Producers, Couriers, Manufacturers and Labs as described in Title 7 Chapter 34 Part 4.
