SOP’s are policies, procedures and standards to be presented and submitted to regulatory agencies that defines the expected practices of your business where quality standards and record keeping processes exist.
The Medical Cannabis Program (MCP) was created under the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act effective 2007. The state’s Medical Cannabis Program dictates License requirements for Producers, Couriers, Manufacturers and Labs as described in Title 7 Chapter 34 Part 4. New Mexico’s Department of Health Services has oversight of the Medical Marijuana Program. Statues and information regarding licensing for businesses and patients can be found here.
